Community Benefit Fund

The annual £68,000 Community Benefit Fund will provide financial support to community based projects near the wind farm. RES is currently working with the local communities surrounding the wind farm to agree who will administer the fund. More information will be available shortly. 

With an installed capacity of 34MW, the total package of community benefits at Garreg Lwyd Hill, including the Community Benefit Fund and LEDS, represents an investment of at least £170,000 per year in the local area and amounts to more than £4.25 million over the lifetime of the wind farm.
